I am a proffessional florist of fifteen years and all my work is to a
high standard. (please read my ME info) All my work is refundable or
exchangable for up to seven days after recieving the item. Now the
really dull part but please do read this. Thank you. I'm sorry to bore
you but this is important. Please do not bid unless you intend on
buying this item as ebay charge me for my sale and my add. I don't
make your item until I have received your payment so please allow at
least 10-12 days to receive your parcel. I can make items in 24 hours
from a bid if paid by pay pal, bank transfer, cash by registered post
or banker draft but please e-mail me first to ensure I have the time.
I can also send by special delivery which guarantees overnight
delivery, this is usually about £2 - £3 extra on most items ( except
table decorations) All of my items are normally available in all
colours but again if your unsure please e-mail me first. Please don't
e-mail me about your parcels whereabouts until the fourteen days from
the day you have sent your cheque, all parcels are sent registered so
don't usually go missing. I cannot make claim on your behalf until ten
days after I have sent it. I will ALWAYS replace anything that goes
missing, I also offer a refund or replace service on most items
(unless they are cheap sale items) This offer only applies for seven
days after the day you sign for your parcel, this gives you time to
try your flowers against your dress. I do leave bad feedback for non
payers, sorry! If there is a genuine reason for you not to pay please
e-mail me. ( it has to be a good one!!)
