A lovely old perfume bottle: 11cm high, oval glass body, with a glass
stopper, with the wording -
"J. Grossmith & Sons 85 Newcastle St London" on the front.
The bottle is clear glass and there is approx 1cm worth of perfume
stil in the bottle.

A very nice example of an Avon perfume bottle in the shape of a Bassett
Hound dog. The head of the dog is plastic and comes off to reveal the
screw top, whilst the body is made of glass. This bottle dates from
the late 1970's to early 1980's and is in excellent condition. The
original Avon sticker is still attached to the bottom of the bottle,
although there is no longer any perfume in the bottle. The bottle
measures approx 8cm by 8cm. Please email me with any questions.
