Gillotts Vintage Treen (wooden) Pen Nib Holder
Last Price: GBP6.50 Ending Date and Time (GMT): 2004-10-28 15:31:09 A Gillotts treen pen nib holder. It has its original label on the front
saying By Authority of his Majestys Royal Letters, Gillotts Patent,
N.I.B and some other words that I can't quite make out. To open the
top screws off to enable you to put pen nibs in, the top edge of the
base has a very small part piece of the top edge missing which does
not hinder the opening and closing process. It measures approx. 5cm
high by 2cm and the wood is a lovely two tone dark/light rich grain
although I am not sure of the type. A lovely functionable item for
your desk. [IMAGE]

Vintage Parker Maxima Duofold Fountain Pen
Last Price: GBP21.00 Ending Date and Time (GMT): 2004-10-31 21:39:04 You are bidding on a vintage Parker Maxima Duofold Fountain Pen dating
from the 1950's. The Maxima was the biggest duofold ever made and it
is fitted withe rather enormous No.50 nib. The pen is finished in
black with an aerometric filling mechanism. It is in good overall
condition and is offered with no chips or other damage.
The cap is in excellent condition and has a gold filled clip and cap
ring. It has minor wear marks and scratches.
The nib is in average condition and is marked "14K, Parker, England,
50". The end of the nib is bent and a piece is missing off the comb
feed - see pictures.
The barrel is in good condition with only minor wear marks. The
aerometric feed is showing signs of age but the sac is still pliable.
The overall length of the pen with the cap on is a whopping 143mm!
