If no postal insurance is paid by the buyer, I reserve the right not
to be held responsible for any loss or damage due to the Postal
Services neglect, since it is very hard to get compensation from the
Post Office for parcels lost or damaged abroad, without insurance.
I do a low private insurance policy for oversea parcels (only £1.00
per parcel up to £20.00 cover), please use this or the signed for
insurance for more expensive parcels.
In the unlikely event your package gets lost, and you have paid
insurance, you will receive a refund of the cost of the item / items
once the item has undergone a trace and is confirmed by the Post
Office as missing. You will be kept up-to-date on the process of this
throughout, and we will do everything we can do to try and find the
package and deliver it safely before a refund is issued.
If more than 5 ponies have been purchased from me, please contact me
for total before paying.

Payment
I prefer and accept payment by PayPal (no fees to you),
UK Cheque (drawn on an UK Bank),
UK Postal Order,
International Postal Order in GBP's only and
Cash in either GBP, US Dollars, Canadian Dollars, Australian Dollar,
Euro and Yen (notes only, as I cannot exchange coins), please ask for
the exchange rate before paying.
If you would like to pay in any other currency please e-mail me first,
to see if I can accept it.

PAYMENTS: must be received within 7 days or item will be relisted and
negative feedback left.

me, I might be able to offer you a solution to save you getting

Fees
I add extra to cover packaging
All ponies are well wrapped in tissue paper and placed in a new bubble
pack when sent, to ensure they arrive safe.
I DO NOT CHARGE FOR PAYPAL, I pay the fees myself.
Shipping
I SHIP WORLDWIDE
I use First Class Post in the UK (1-3 days delivery)
To all other countries I post via AIRMAIL Small Packet Rate (6-10 days
delivery)
I offer a low private insurance package and I always get a 'proof of
posting' when I send my ponies out.
I cannot offer refunds on lost or damaged ponies if no insurance is
added, you will have to claim this yourself from the Post Office, I
will supply the forms to International buyers.
If you pay the additional Insurance costs, I will fill in the forms
for you, and if the pony is lost (confirmed by the Post Office) I will
refund your payment (but only on orders with insurance added)
Delivery
I will always post on the next day, except at the weekend, if you pay
by PayPal or Cash.
Payments by cheques and postal orders will be posted when they clear
(usually about 5 days).
I will inform you when your order is posted by e-mail.
Refunds & Returns
I sell all my ponies " As is seen ", it is your reponsiblity to look
carefully at the picture provided before bidding.
Please do not bid if you are unsure, please contact me and ask
questions first, I will always answer within 24 hours. This way you
will not be unhappy when you receive your ponies.
However if you should be totally unhappy with your pony when you
receive it, I will offer you a refund but cannot refund the P&P costs,
if it is returned within 5 days in the same condition as received.
Please return in the same packaging as you received it in, to ensure
it arrives back safely.
Please Note :
If there is any concern that the pony returned is not the pony I sent,
or the pony has attained extra damage or marks while in your care, I
reserve the right to not offer a refund and then pony will be returned
to you.

This is a baby pony called BABY BOW TIE. She is having a bad hair day
and will need a bit of a makeover. Also she has faint green and pink
marks on her left hind leg and a tiny mark on her left shoulder as
shown in picture 2.
Please note that this pony is not in mint condition, she has been
played with and may have marks or scratches - I have tried to point
out her worst faults - those that are immediately obvious - but I
suggest ask any more questions before placing your bid. Why not check
