Lovely vintage Faux fur Coat/Jacket size 18...by C&A...bought in the
60`s...good condition...length 32"...2 front pockets on the
slant...there is a loop to add internal ties and over the years have
added press studs to fasten,furriers hooks still there...just felt

I have had this gorgeous jacket for years but it hasn't had an outing in
so long that it needs a new home - especially with Christmas parties
on the way.
This is a Monsoon "Twilight" velvet jacket ("smoking jacket" style) in
very dark green with an overall black embroidered floral pattern. The
shawl collar is in black, as are the two Chinese-style toggles which
fasten the jacket. It is fully lined in black.
The label states that the outer is 73% cotton and 27% modal. The
embroidery is in wool. The lining is acetate. The shoulders are
lightly padded.
Whilst the label gives the size as 12, I am sure that the sizings have
changed over the years. I am size 10 and it fits perfectly. You should
check the measurements below before bidding.
Back width between the armpits 18".
Back neck-to-hem length 23 1/2".
Underarm sleeve length 16".
This is a flattering jacket, being slightly fitted at the waist, and
has a cosy and luxurious feel. It looks wonderful with black trousers
or an evening skirt.

Item description
Fantastic, original, retro, 1970s, leather jacket. Lovely light brown
colour. Large lapels, big pockets & three button front. Label says
size 14, but it's probably more of a 12 - 14 in todays sizes.
Bust 36", Waist 30", Inside sleeve seam 17.5", Length 31".
Overall condition is very good, with just a few creases & wear to the
leather, which only add to its authenticity.
