Vintage 1970s Ladies 9ct Gold Garnet Ring Size M

Ladies 9ct Gold dress ring with large deep red garnet stone. The stone is
oval cut and approximately 9mm long and 7mm wide. The stone is
claw set and is raised from the finger by about 5mm. There is intrcate
filigree work on the shoulders. This was my mums from the mid 1970s
and is a size M. The ring looks like it may have been sized (or simply
from wear) the bottom of the band appears slightly thinner than the
rest. There is also a slight groove towards the bottom of the band and
it's not perfectly round - may have been caught on
