DESCRIPTION
For auction without reserve, a beautiful vintage fur stole in
excellent condition, complete with detachable tails.
This is quite possibly the most beautiful stole I have had the
pleasure to sell. Reminiscent of the elegance of Hollywood movies,
this is just a dream of stole and the lucky bidder will feel divine
with this draped sexily around her shoulders.
It is pretty heavy and feels very substantial, the fur is soft and
very glossy, the pelts are supple and beautifully soft. I am not
certain what kind of fur this is, I think it is either mink or
musquash. The pelts are in excellent condition with no odour, shedding
or balding patches.
The tails are all in perfect condition and are attached to a sperate
piece of silk that is attached to the stole by poppers style fasteners
attached to a pocket of silk in between the fur and the lining. The
tails attach and detach easily, so the lucky winning bidder will get 2
stoles, one with and one without tails.
The lining of the stole is rich, heavy silk, in excellent condition
with no damage or stains.
Approximate measurements as follows:
Length (without tails) : 68"
Length (with tails) : 80"
Width (at narrowest) : 8"
Width (at widest) : 12"
postage to the UK is by 2nd class packages.
shipping to Europe via Airmail is £1.50 for Europe and £2.50 for the
rest of the world.

This lovely stole is just one item from a huge collection of vintage
fur items that I bought over in Canada in the summer to sell once the
weather got colder. Each piece was carefully chosen for its beauty and

With recorded delivery, if a buyer E-mails me to say they haven't
recieved their package I only have to make a phone call to the track
and trace line and the package is usually at the sorting office
awaiting collection as there has been an attempted delivery but the
buyer hasn't recieved their calling card.
Which in turn saves the buyer having to re-pay for postage after the
item is returned to me as 'NOT CALLED FOR'.
I hope you understand this is a small fee to ensure a satifactory
service to both seller & buyer.
The Post Office loose over 4000 parcels every week and a further 1.5
million get 'stolen' from peoples doorsteps every year.
I try very hard to give a true & honest representation of the item in
the description & photograph, I therefore ask that you email if you
require further information, as I cannot give refunds, unless in
exceptional circumstances,
i.e. when I have recieved insurance claimed from Post Office for

VINTAGE FUR STOLE/WRAP

This is a lovely 'caramel' / light brown coloured vintage fur stole/wrap.
It is fully lined in a mocha coloured lining. Shaped to fit neck and
sit on shoulders. Lovely weigh to it. I believe it to be late 1950s
and it belonged to my mother and I think it may be real fur, but what
sort I do not know. Would be great over a winter coat or as an evening
stole for the party season. The length of the stole is approx 56" and
at the widest part across the neck and shoulders the width is 13",
which tapers down to 7
