ITEM FOR SALE [IMAGE] [IMAGE] [IMAGE] TRIANG RE TRAIN SET COMPLETE AND BOXED WITH ORIGINAL WAGONS CONTENTS GOOD TO EXCELLENT B TO B+ BOX POOR TO AVERAGE D+ TO C- This is the classic Triang RE Train Set which includes a Jinty 0-6-0, four wagons (R10, R12, R16 and R18) 12 curves , 2 straights, a battery box controller and a bottle of Triang oil. The track included is the original Triang Standard type. The loco and rolling stock are all in good to excellent condition and each has a photograph in the gallery. The loco is a good runner. There is little if any rust spotting on any of the rolling stock. The track is all usable and completes an oval hoever a small number of sections do have damaged clips. The battery unit is usable but has a broken clip. There are no instructions. The inner packaging is pretty good, the tray has a fair amount of tape on the bottom and the lid has a large tear on the front with all 4 corners ripped.The RE stickers are missng from ech side of the box. There is no tape present on the box lid itself so it can only be made to look better with a tidy up. This is a useful purchase for somebody starting off their Triang collection with attractive wagons and a reasonable loco and a box to practice your repair skills with.
