Offered for auction, a rare & hard to find Tri-ang R.53 Princess
class 4-6-2 engine & R.31 tender in nice used condition. It's a bit
dusty but will clean up nice. This rare olive green Elizabeth version
has the Transfer decals & lining. It ran ok with wires touched to the
wheels but would benefit from a service & clean. A nice rare
Triang Engine for any Model Railway or collection & sold with no
reserve. This is one of a number of old Triang engines etc I am
selling this & next week with all sorts of other items & toys. All at

Rare Triang RS30 Crash Set Boxed

You are bidding for a rare Tri-ang RS30 Crash Train Set, comprising of
an R52 class 3F jinty locomotive, crane truck, match truck,
engineering department coach and track. The locomotive has perfect
transfers and lining on both sides, has been track tested and runs,
though it could do with a service. The card holder for the match truck
was missing when I acquired this set - I have made one as a
replacement from an original. There are 8 curved pieces of track and 2
straights - apart from the odd sleeper missing here and there they
all have fishplates attached to the rails. The set is in superb
condition. None of the rolling stock shows any sign of wear or damage.
The yellow card decking is nice and clean. The box lid has one split
corner and the picture has some water staining (see photo), but the
colours are still bright and fresh. Serious Tri-ang collectors will
know that this is a rare set, so bid now to avoid disappointment.

but please do not leave until the last few hours.
I will inform the winning bidder of postage costs after the auction
