Summary of My Selling Policies
Payment
I accept paypal,cheque,postal order or cash(Registered only)
I prefer paypal as I am able to despatch goods much quicker
All payments must be in £ sterling only
I reserve the right to re auction goods if no payment has been made
within 10 days from auction date unless by prior arrangement
Fees
I currently do not charge any additional fee's for paypal transactions
Shipping
I ship to united kingdom only.
We aim to provide a fast service and get your goods to you as quickly
as possible
Items under 2kg are sent 1st class,recorded or special delivery at our
decretion
Over 2kg are usually sent via 24hr courier but other services may be
used at our descretion
Special delivery requests can usually be arranged but will incur extra
charges to the buyer which will be agreed in advance.
I should be contacted at end of auction by email if this is required
I can provide a tracking number for all orders over £10 and all items
are fully insured as standard.I should be contacted if goods have not
been received within 10 days of payment.
Delivery
Orders paid by Paypal are usually despatched in 24-48hrs although this
cannot be guaranteed.
Orders paid by postal order are usually despatched in 24-48hrs.
Orders paid by cheque will usually be despatched 5-7 days from receipt
or upon clearance of funds although this cannot be guaranteed
Refunds & Returns
Ex Catalogue items
These items may have damaged packaging or minor cosmetic marks
etc.They may on occasion not have instructions.They are usually new
items although may on occasion have been used for display or
demonstration purposes.All items are supplied working as new unless
otherwise stated.Major cosmetic damage,Faults or lack of original
packaging will always be noted in advert.
A proportion of goods will come with manufacturers warranty cards
etc,it is however purely at the desretion of the manufacturer whether
they honour these on goods bought from unofficial sources.
Should goods arrive incorrectly described or faulty in any way I must
be notified within 1 week of receipt,goods must be received back by us
no later than 12 days from the date they were received and must
include all there packaging and components. a refund of the purchase
price or replacement will then be made as appropriate.
All items are guaranteed for 1 week by ourselves and goods must be
checked and any problems reported within this time.
We cannot accept warranty claims outside this time for any reason.
There will be no refunds of any postage fee's for any reason
As all goods are thoroughly checked before leaving it will be assumed
that goods arriving damaged or not working in any way have suffered
this during transit.
All returns should be packed securely and proof of posting may be
required
A £10 re-stocking fee will be payable on returned items which are not
faulty.
All goods are discreetly marked to aid fraud prevention

instructions,this has both paypal details and address details for
cheque and postal order payments.I do not normally confirm receipt of
payment but will contact you if there is a problem,goods are normally
delivered extremely quickly but please leave 5 days before enquiring
about the whereabouts of your delivery.I aim to provide the kind of
service I would require myself and can be contacted by email at

24hrs.(normally much quicker).
Due to the amount of feedback I have to leave it is usually done on a
weekly basis,please leave feedback on reciept of goods and I will
