VINTAGE STERLING SILVER & MOSS AGATE PENDANT & CHAIN

This is a pretty, vintage pendant and chain in solid Sterling silver
and the pendant is set with a cabochon of what appears to be moss
agate. I'm not sure if it is real moss agate or faux. The stone is
fairly clear and a smokey, olive green in colour with what look like
mossy inclusions. There is also a flaw running across the back of the
stone. It is very pretty though and makes an attractive pendant when
worn. I do get a lot of comments asking about the stone when I wear
it. The stone is set in a substantial, open backed, oval silver
mount which has a very substantial bale. The pendant measures 1 1/4"
drop including the bale and the oval mount is 3/4" by 5/8". The stone
measures 5/8" by 1/2". The silver chain has a spring-ring clasp and
measures a nice long length of 20 1/2". The bale is stamped "925" for
Sterling silver and the chain is stamped "Sterling". Any questions,

Please note that all my pieces are antique or vintage and as such will
have borne the passage of time and so will inevitably show some signs
of normal wear.
