item is damaged you must notify us within 48hrs of receipt by
email.
If the Couriers have attempted to deliver your item and left a
card you must contact them direct - failure to do so could
result in further shipping charges if the item is returned to us
owing to a failure on your part in communicating with the

packaging otherwise we will charge a restock fee of 25%.
