TERMS AND CONDITIONS
As well a abiding by e-bay’s terms and conditions, we would ask that
you follow these simple guidelines to ensure a smooth transaction for
both parties.
After completing a successful transaction you must contact us within
48 hours with your method of payment and intentions to collect or have
delivery.
We must have your payment within 3 days of the Auction closing date.
If the item in question is large and cannot be posted you must collect
within 7 days of the Auction closing date.
All deliveries we arrange for you are through an independent company
and they deliver TO THE DOOR only (if you are purchasing a large item
such as furniture NOT small electricals). They also cannot take
payment of any kind from the buyer.
Delivery of large items are only available within a 50 mile road
radius of Southend On Sea, Essex. (Please check multi-map.com). All
sales are offered to UK mainland only unless you are collecting within
the 7 day period.
If you are buying a large un-postable item from us and you are not
able to collect or live outside a 50 mile radius of Southend On Sea,
Essex. Please do not bid.
If you are arranging your own courier, shipping agent and require the
items to be packed for shipping, we reserve the right to charge for
this service.
Any items found faulty will be refunded on testing, however we do not
refund shipping/postage/collection/delivery costs. Refunds will only
be given within 28 days of the end of auction date. Trading Standards
actually only insist upon 14 days as per their 1974 sale of goods act.
We do not take responsibility for damage in transit. Any such claim
must be settled with the courier.
