DECOUPAGE SHEET - CHRISTMAS WREATH
This is 3D Step by Step decoupage paper of excellent quality. This
sheet will make two decoupage toppers.
This simple Step by Step sheet is ideal if you are a beginner at
decoupage. Make the topper either by using mini 3D foam pads (listed
separately) or with silicone glue to create layers.
The item will be despatched in a board backed envelope to ensure that
it reaches you in perfect condition.
