Designed by Richard Steiff, this bear is made of a lovely yellow-golden mohair to represent a golden era. He is 15 inches / 36cm tall, is limited to 4000 pieces for the UK and has a gold-plated "Button in Ear". He is filled with excelsior stuffing and is filled to make him feel like an old bear. He is brand new, in absolutely mint condition and is complete with original box and certificate. Limited Edition Vienna Choir boy bear The Vienna Boys Choir has occupied a place of honour in music history for over half a millennium and is one of the oldest boy Choirs in the world. The choir was established by Kaiser Maximilian in 1498. This Bear was created to celebrate the 500th anniversary of the Vienna boys Choir. This Collectors 1998 edition bear comes with an origional anniversary CD and has a growler in his tummy This Choirboy bear by Steiff is 33cm in size and is made from the finest mohair. His outfit is modelled on the origional uniforms worn by the Vienna boys choir. This outfit is of a salor design with a badge emblem on his left chest. He has a very open expression on his face and his light coloured fur helps him stand out in crowd. The CD "Greetings from Vienna" with a picture of this bear on the cover sleeve, has music from many of the worlds most famous composers including Mozart, Schubert, Strauss and many more. This is a rare and historic bear that would be an excellent addition to any collection This Bear is one of 3000 pieces and of coarse comes with his white tag and "button in ear"With a numbered certificate and he is in perfect condition. STEIFF ZOTTY TEDDY - 22 cms IDs/squeaker (76/2)

I'm not a great fan of the Zotty teddy bear and only bought one if I thought they had an especially nice face. This little chap is 22 cms and has a really cheeful expression with a very wide open mouth - and he still squeaks! He has his button and label. He is 22 cms tall, soft stuffed and covered with curly caramel mohair with silvery tips and an apricot chest. He is fully jointed and has lovely clean apricot felt pads on his paws. He has a shorter cropped muzzle with a brown stitched nose and the trademark open Zotty mouth, mohair ears and brown and black eyes. His squeaker still works. He has a small chrome coloured button with Steiff engraved in script, and a yellow label which is completely illegible. From my research I would say that he was EAN 0300/22 which dates him to between 1968 and 1977. He is in fair condition - the fur is a little flattened on his back and unfortunately he has had a bit of fur clipped from his forehead - presuambly to let him see more easily - see picture.
