mint condition with certificate and box. He is 35 cm tall with
beautiful dark blue mohair, black glass eyes, a horizontally stitched
nose in brown, contrasting felt pads and brown claw stitching. He has
a tilt growler, button in ear and a white ear

jointed - limited edition of 1,904 pcs. worldwide.
In the Year of the Button we are also looking back at the elephant,
the first animal from the House of Steiff. The first button was
embossed with this elephant as a symbol.
And because it also decorated our transport cases, we have adapted the
corresponding paint template - used around 1900 - and attached it to
the teddy bear's lapel. It also comes with a booklet recounting many
memories. German version with gold-plated "Button in Ear" with
elephant motif - mohair from the fur of the angora goat - surface

Up for auction is a Limited Edition teddy bear created by Steiff in
2000 exclusive for UK market. The Steiff bear entitled " The Winter
Bear"(EAN 654817) is created in snow whitemohair, 21 cm, and limited
to 4000 pieces. White tag edition. It is in excellent condition
without any damages and no sign of loss of hair. Comes complete
with hanging.
