un-insured losses resulting from Items lost or damaged in transit.
FAULTY GOODS: WILL ONLY BE EXCHANGED/REFUNDED (LESS POSTAGE) IF
RETURNED IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND IN UN-USED CONDITION, WITHIN 7

We will always retain proof of posting and will give every assistance
in the event of a claim on the carrier.

something being lost we will claim from the Royal Mail and refund
