Summary of My Selling Policies
Payment
You can pay by Credit Card, UK Cheque,UK Postal Order, Cash(sent at
your risk), PayPal. Please pay within 3 days or let us know how/when
you will pay.
IMPORTANT - When you have completed all your purchases please go to
our Auctionworks/Marketworks Checkout via the Checkout button on this
page or via the link in the email we send you after your purchase.
Shipping
We ship in UK by Royal Mail and Parcelforce. We ship Worldwide by
Airmail and Parcelforce.
Items may require a signature and are covered for loss or damage up to
an appropriate amount which means no risk to you and at no extra cost
to you.
Delivery
We ship every weekday. Items are packed as soon as possible from the
day after we have received cleared payment and where possible sent out
the day following packing. You should normally receive your item
within 7-10 days in the UK and 10-17 days overseas. However please
email us if you require an item for a particular date and we'll do our
best to help.
Refunds & Returns
Unless agreed otherwise, if you are unhappy with any item for any
reason and you let us know in writing by email or letter within 7 days
we will refund you providing we get the item back in the same
condition as sent to you. We will contact you to tell you how to
return items to us and this will be at your expense for unwanted
