Where appropriate used items are cleaned prior to despatch.
I normally visit the Post Office 3 to 4 times a week to despatch items
but please allow up to 10 days for the item to reach you (longer for
those outside of the UK).
I always obtain proof of posting.
I prefer payments via PayPal (and dont charge you for it either) but I
will accept cheques and postal orders as long as they are sent
promptly. Please, no cash or bankers drafts. If you feel your payment
may be delayed due to an imminent Holiday or event please let me know.
Like all serious eBayers, I have no time for time wasters or those who
win and dont pay (also known as ?auction wreckers?). In such cases I
am very persistent in ensuring eBay take action against such
offenders. Please bid seriously.
All items (except brand new boxed/wrapped/cased items) are checked
prior to despatch.
If you are unsatisfied with an item you have won, or any other matter,
then please contact me ASAP, I do give refunds provided the item is
returned. I will also pay for the cost of returning an item.
If I get a description wrong (e.g. a type of material etc.) then
please correct me, I can assure you I do not knowingly describe an
item in an unfair or unjust manner. I also do not knowingly sell an
item which is damaged or unserviceable, if this happens you can rely
on me to put things right.
If I do sell an item of which I know has an element of repairable
damage I will mention this in the listing.
You, the buyer, are very important to me, if there are any problems of
any sort I will not let you down in the quest to find a solution.
All I ask is that if you have a complaint or concern please send a
polite email or phone me as a good starting point for us to discuss
the issue, please don?t just reach for the neutral or negative button,
communication is the best solution.
In June 2004 I lowered my P&P rates significantly by using more
re-useable packets & boxes and changing my supplier of new packets,
tape, postal wrap etc. I use an accurate set of scales to weigh items
and I use the Royal Mail website to set the cost.
I am an honest and credible seller, I try my absolute hardest to get
items despatched quickly and dont hold onto payments and fail to
deliver.
I will always endeavour to send you a despatch note (email) on the day
the item is sent to you (occasionally these notes may be sent the day
after despatch depending on my workload). This includes my Cellphone
and home telephone numbers as an alternative to email should you have
any queries, complaints, silly jokes J etc.
I always leave feedback, sometimes it may take a few days to do this
due to other commitments. I know its optional but if you do get the
time I would appreciate your feedback as well J
