Product Material Information
The bar is made of from 316L Surgical Stainless Steel. Nickel Release
Rate lower than 0.5µg/cm2/week. This material is a high quality metal
with a bright shiny finish. For the majority of people, it is ideal
for use as replacement jewellery in healed body piercings.
Although handling is kept to a minimum, it is highly recommended that
all body jewellery is sterilised before insertion.
All items sent in padded gift boxes, bubble wrapped in good quality
padded envelopes. All my body jewellery is brand new and unworn. I
regret that for hygiene reasons I cannot refund on these items

Next Day Delivery (Recommended for multiple purchases).

Summary of My Selling Policies
Payment
Our preferred method of payment is via PalPal however we also happily
accept postal orders and cheques.
We respectfully suggest that when sending cash or postal orders these
are sent via recorded or special delivery as we can not be held liable
for any postal orders or cash that is lost in the post.
Payment is required within 7 days of purchase/auction end and we would
be grateful for an email advising us of your preferred method of
payment within 48 hours of auction end.
Fees
All items listed by BTB and Co are inclusive of VAT.
Shipping
Our shipping fees are variable depending on weight of items purchased,
please see indivudual auctions for details.
We offer Royal Mail 1st Class postage as standard however for
jewellery and valuable items we also offer either 1st Class Recorded
or Special Delivery. If the service you require is not listed on a
particular auction, please contact us and we will be happy to oblige
with a quote.
Delivery
Items are usually despatched within 24 hrs of payment clearance (not
including Sundays or National/Local Holidays)
Items are despatched six days a week (Monday to Saturday inclusive).
You will be advised via email at every step of the prochedure from
Winning Bid/Auction End through Payment Received/Cleared and Finally
Item Despatch.
Refunds & Returns
Refunds will only be awarded in cases of goods faulty at time of
despatch, however we do work on a case by case basis and would request
that you contact us if you are dissatisfied with your order within 10
days of despatch from our offices.
In some cases we may require a picture of the goods or the goods
returned in order to process your refund.
Please contact us prior to sending items back as you will require a
reference for your pending query. No items will be dealt with unless
they have this reference number.
