We accept paypal and cash internationaly. In the UK you can also pay
via check (paid to Fame UK) or postal order. We will also accept
unused postage stamps by prior arrangement.We are unable at this time
to take credit catd payments or non sterling checks. WE DO NOT ACCEPT

Shipping
We will ship anywhere in the world. In the UK we send items via
recorded delivery. (insured to £28). OVERSEAS: we send via airmail
and delivery is at the owners risk. The postage prices vary but we do
not charge more than £3 for standard airmail anywhere. Where postage
is listed as UK 1.20 / Europe ??1.20 /Rest of the world ??1.80. Where
the postage in the UK is ??1.75 / Europe ??1.80 / Rest of the world
??3.00. International insurance of items is ??2.85 per shipment and
can be arranged via request. For other prices please email at

Delivery
We try to ship as soon as possible after payment is recieved we have
an arragement with our local post office and therefore ship about 3
times a week. We usually will ship about 3 to 5 days after payment has
been recieved. Therefore in the UK you can expect to recive your item
in about 8 days. Internationally the average wait is about 2 to 3
weeks, although it can take as long as 3 or 4 weeks dependant on time
of year.
Refunds & Returns
We are open to disscusion on the issue of refunds. We will refund with
a valid reason and with the goods intact and undamaged. If goods are
damaged we will do our best to rectify the damage to your item and
seek compensation from the post office. If your item arrives damaged
please get in touch straight away by email (fameuk@btopenworld.com) or
by phone - the details of which will be on your item. We will then
arrange with you the return and replacement of your item.
We take every care to package items securely and strongly. 99% of
items arrive with no damage, but occationally the odd item is bent or
marked because of poor handling through the postal system.
Please do not notify us that an item is damaged through the feedback
forum, contact us in person. We will not rectify or refund where
negative feedback has been left for us because of postal damage.
