Invoices will be sent out immediately after goods are purchased or
auctions end. We ask that you confirm your payment methods within 48
hours of the auction end. If no response is received after 48 hours a
reminder mail will be sent. If there is no response to this mail after
3 days then the item will be relisted and a non bidder program will be
started against the buyer.

SHIPPING
Goods will generally ship within 48 hours of funds clearing. Please
make sure you supply an address where someone will be available during
the day or one address for the week and one for the weekend. Buyers
may be charged to redeliver goods when the address is empty. All goods
shipped on this auction will be sent via Royal mail or Interlink
Express. Postage is generally next day allow two two three days, next
day on a Friday is Monday.

appointment prior to coming.

GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
It is the buyers responsibility to pay for insurance, if no cover is
taken out then the goods will only be insured up to a value of
£20.00. If the item is damaged beyond this figure then Car Stereos
in Wales will not be held accountable..

WARRANTY
Unless otherwise stated on the auction, faulty goods that are reported
within seven days of the end of the auction will be replaced or where
no replacement is available will be refunded once the goods are
confirmed as faulty. Any goods that turn out to be in working order
will be returned at the senders cost. Car Stereos in Wales will not be
liable for return postage to us under any circumstances, however we do
endeavor to make sure that all goods are sent out in a working
condition (unless otherwise stated). After the seven day period all
warranty issues are to dealt with by our repair department, a refund
or replacement will only be offered if the item is still under the
warranty period usually 60 days (unless otherwise agreed) & is found
to be beyond economical repair. No warranty will be honored if the
security seal or any of our labels show sign of tampering under any
circumstances (in our experience many so called experts simply are
not).

REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds for wrong goods ordered unless it is a clear
mistake by Car Stereo in Wales. Please read the description clearly.

cancel these bids otherwise all Indonesian bids will be cancelled.
Winner to contact me within 2 days of auction close and payment to be
received within 5 days of auction close (10 days international). With
the exception of regular customers who will be given more time because
I know them. If you cannot meet these requirements please do not bid
unless you contact me first. Failure to meet these requirements will
result in negative feedback and a non-paying bidder report to eBay
(Sorry, but there are too many time wasters on eBay these days).
