Auction Terms
Please take a few minutes to read the Auction Terms before you place
your bid.
1. Payment: we expect to receive full payment within 5 working days
after the auction. Please do not bid unless you agree with our price,
including s&h. We leave negative feedbacks for all non-pay-bidders 30
days after the auction. The ONLY exception is for duplicate orders on
Buy It Now items due to technical glitch. In this case, please email
me with the item no. you have already paid.
2. Delivery time: Usually will ship within 2 to 3 working days
(Monday to Friday) of confirmed payment by registered air mail. We
send shipping notifications to your eBay registered email, usually
within 48 hours. If you have not receive the email within 72 hours
after the payment, please double check if you have paid to the correct
account or to the correct amount. The expected delivery time for
Asia/Europe address is 10-15 working days. For other parts of the
world, it takes at around 13-20 working days.
3. Exchange policy: We will send replacement 1 month after the
shipping notification. You do not need to email me in the mean time,
as I will not have further information once the item has been
dispatched. Buyers are responsible for the cost of returning the
items. Attempts of change back will result in immediate negative
feedback. We will not accept any items that have physical damages.
