This lens is in superb condition being indistinguishable from
new, Nikon front & rear caps, Original Instuctions, Box
and Packaging included. Bought new from Jessops August 2003 for £290
This is a top quality AF Nikkor, compact & lightweight telephoto zoom
lens (116mm extension from flange with 62mm filter thread,
weighing 515g) covering the most popular "medium -long telephoto"
focal lengths 70-300mm (105-450mm on Nikon DSLR such as D70). This
lens offers an aperture range from f4-32 and is capable of focusing
down to 150cm. Made in Japan.
Do not confuse this lens with the much cheaper Chinese made "G" series
lens, this "D" series lens is fully compatible with all Nikon F mount
bodies past - present both manual and autofocus including the latest
digital bodies such as the D70, D2H etc.
