Warranty
We offer a 30 day full refund on any items found not to match the
description or are faulty. We need to be made aware of this within 14
days of receipt of goods. We will email you when payment is received
and item is despatched. Any delays please let us know
Naturally barring network and internet difficulties we will take every
step to rectify any problems as soon as we can if you are not
satisfied.
Delivery
All items are sent out by 1st class mail. Naturally we are not
responsible for Royal Mail. We send out about 100 items a week and
they suffer a 2% loss. We cover these losses.

When making bank transfers or deposits to pay for items please use

delivery.
