RETURNS: We offer 'dead on delivery' warranty only. We must be
notified within 24 hours of goods being received should there be a
problem.Returns are up to the discretion of ESOLL uk. The buyer is
responsible for postage costs, both ways. Remember it’s an AUCTION.
Should the item be returned it MUST be sent back in original box AND
packaging. Failure to do so WILL result in refunds being refused.
OPENING HOURS: We are open Monday to Thursday 10am - 6pm. Friday 930am
- 430pm Please note we are closed weekends.

PICK UPS: You may pick up your purchase from our premises in
Manchester, please phone first and make an appointment.

MUST be given with postage details. All returns due to incorrect or
uncomplete address will be paid for buy the customer.
