Very smart and elegant trouser suit by Betty Barclay.
Black wool mix fabric with an unusual pinstripe in tone-on-tone
stripes variegating from cream to a deep russet brown - looks
marvellous.
This shading is picked up in the unusual semi-transparent buttons
which also shade in similar colours.
Jacket is lined in a black satiny fabric of a nice weight, semi fitted
with single back vent, 3 button fastening and button detail picked up
on sleeve cuffs. 2 flap pockets and one breast pocket. 32" length.
Trousers are slim with little slits on ankles, zip and button front
with waistband and belt loops. Length is 32" inside leg.
All in all, a very useful little trouser suit in any size 12 wardrobe,

Betty Barclay, - I don't need to tell you any more about the cut,
styling and quality of this suit.
It is a classic from Betty Barclay with a stylish twist to it in that
the pinstripe is not just a boring flat white or similar, - this is a
little different and special. It will invite compliments without being
blatant.
Very nice for any smart occasions, but for a very little price -a
super little extra outfit office, which when you take your jacket off
and show the label, will make them think you are earning too much
money!
This suit, like all my items, will come to you newly dry cleaned,
fresh and ready to wear.

You are viewing a beautifully made, authentic 'Agnes B' trouser suit.
French designer'Agnes B' is widely known for her chic modern classics
and this quite unusual suit is no exception.
The sleeveless jacket is a fresh take on the suit jacket. I should
point out it looks nothing like a waistcoat! Tapered in at the waist,
the fit of the jacket is very flattering and smart without looking
overly formal.
The jacket is fullly lined and beautifully finished.It is perfect to
wear over a smart shirt or knitwear top and fits neatly under a winter
coat or jacket.
The tailored trousers are an easy fit with the belt loops front and
back pockets giving an highly fashionable hint of menswear tailoring.
As with all Agnes B trousers, these are half lined giving a great
smooth fit. Inside trouser leg measurement is 32". If, like me, you
don't have model legnth legs, they look fantastic with a pair of high
heels!
The french grey, medium weight fabric (67% Polyester, 33% Viscose) is
perfect for autumn winter. Don't be put off by the shade difference in
the top and trouser pics. They are an exact match exactly in the same
light.
The top is a size 1 - UK 8/10 and the trousers a continental size 38 -
UK 10.
Saying that I am a size 8 in trousers and these fit fine even with a
bit of give as they are well tailored.
The suit has only been worn twice an is like new. I wouldn't be
getting rid of it, but I have had no need for a work suit at the
moment.
