I mainly auction brand new clothes for ladies and children, although i
do get the occasional items of mens lines and toys. All the clothes i
put up for Auction are brand new and come from some of the top retail
outlets on the high street. Even though the items listed are new I
still check them for faults before listing so as to avoid any
dissapointment to buyers. I do try to detail listings as much as
possible but should you require any other information then please do
not hesitate to use the ask the seller a question link, i will gladly
answer any of your questions.
Postage will be by Royal Mail Standard Parcels service for larger
parcels and Royal mail first class for smaller packages. I accept no
responsibility for lost or damaged goods in transit although i do
request proof of posting. If you require Postal insurance please let
me know at the close of auction and this can be arranged.
Payment must be made within 5 days of the auction closing, if no
payment received after 5 days it is assumed the sale has fallen
through and the item will be resold. I prefer payment through Paypal
and personal cheque, if paying by cheque please allow 7 days for the
cheque to clear before the goods are despatched and make cheque
payable to Miss K A Whitney.

Everyone's opinions will vary but this is how I try to describe items
as honestly as I can PLEASE SEE MY FEEDBACK FOR REASURANCE.
GOOD - been used & washed often but still lots of wear in them- no
holes or damage unless described. Will have some wash/wear fading etc.
VERY GOOD - Had some wear/washing, perhaps a little pilling and
wash/wear fading but still looking good but not new, no buttons
missing etc (unless otherwise mentioned)
EXCELLENT- hardly any wash/wear signs, no damage, missing buttons etc.
ALMOST NEW - may have been worn once or twice for a short time,
perhaps washed once or twice with tiny if any wash/wear signs.
AS NEW - un-worn with label removed or perhaps worn for short time
only, no wash or wear signs.(this does not mean the item may not have
been washed)
BRAND NEW- Perfect condition (unless stated otherwise) no wash or wear
at all, still with label attached.
