you may return it to us for a prompt exchange or we will refund your

I will email you to confirm receipt of your payment. I send my parcels
out once a week so your parcel will be sent out within 1 week of
payment being made (usually less).
UK parcels are sent by 1st class post (registered post is optional and
can be purchased if required).
International parcels are sent by Royal Mail airmail priority. There
are no tracking numbers available for this service. Royal Mail's
guidelines say that international parcels take between 1 week to 3
weeks to arrive (7-21 days). Most parcels are received within 2 weeks
of sending but it sometimes takes longer.
I am having a massive clearout at home with allsorts at bargain prices
