This is a very stylish pen set in a Masonic design.
The set consists of a high quality roller pen and letter knife - both
are brand new and gift boxed in a matching presentation case (case may
vary slightly from that illustrated), making the set an ideal gift.
Post and packing within the UK adds GBP 1.50 for first class mail,
within Europe GBP 2.00 and outside Europe GBP 3.00 for uninsured air
mail.
Payment options:
From UK bidders I accept payment by cheque, postal order, Paypal or
credit/debit card. (Please note, cheques can take up to 7 days to
clear my account.)
From overseas bidders (non-UK residents) I can accept payment by
Paypal, Visa/Mastercard, Bidpay, cash (in dollars, Euros or sterling
only), international money order, or US/Euros money order. Preferred
method of payment from overseas is by Paypal in sterling – if
using instant payment option, please make sure correct postage is
entered – thank you!
Overseas bidders please note: This auction is in GB Pounds. If you
wish to pay in US dollars please be aware that the exchange rate
quoted by eBay does not usually reflect the actual exchange rate
received in the UK. In order to receive the actual winning bid it is
necessary for me to use the latest conversion rate offered by UK

This rate is used simply to ensure that I receive the correct GB
pounds equivalent for the winning bid, and does not include any

Summary of My Selling Policies
Payment
Payment methods: From UK bidders I can accept payment by Paypal,
credit/debit card by phone or email, cheque (please allow up to 7 days
to clear) or postal order. From overseas bidders, payment by Paypal
(preferred), Bidpay, Visa or Mastercard (by email), US $ money order,
or international money order in sterling.
Please contact me within 3 days of auction close, and send payment
within 10 days. If I don't have contact within 3 days, or payment
within 10 days, the item will be relisted and fees reclaimed.
Fees
I don't make any extra charges for electronic payment methods.
Shipping
Within the UK I mostly use first class mail and always obtain a
certificate of posting. Recorded or special delivery can be used, at
cost, if required.
First class mail & recorded delivery include insurance for items up to
a value of GBP 28.00 only and do not include insurance for jewellery,
which is only insured by Special Delivery.
Overseas items are shipped by air mail. Insurance is available, at
cost, if required. This is usually GBP 3.00 for items up to GBP 30.00
in value, or GBP 4.00 for items over GBP 30.00.
Delivery
I despatch items every weekday. If electronic payment is received by
12 noon, the item will be despatched the same day (Mon-Fri).
Delivery times are usually within a day or two in the UK, and a week
to ten days for outside the UK.
Refunds & Returns
I will provide a refund on any item which is not as described,
provided it is returned to me in the condition it was despatched,
within 14 days of receipt by the customer, and provided it is returned
in suitable packaging.
Contact Me
All emails are usually answered within an hour, if possible, within
the hours of 9 a.m. GMT to 10 p.m. GMT. If I'm away for any reason,
emails will be answered as soon as I return.
