You are looking at a brand new chromatic tuner with a built in mic for
tuning acoustic instruments, and a jack socket for tuning all
electric intruments - guitars basses etc.
The list of features for this tuner goes way beyond the norm:
Specific mode to tune guitars (But is it designed to tune 7 string
guitars? You bet!!!)
Specific mode for tuning basses (Including the low 'B' of a 5 string
bass? Oh yes!!! But what if you've got a rare 6 string basses with a
high 'C'? - No problem for this tuner!!!)
Specific mode for tuning violin / mandolin!!
How about all you Acoustic guitar players who like to use a capo? Well
this tuner has a built in 'flat' button just for you, that will allow
you to tune the guitar WITHOUT REMOVING THE CAPO!!!
What if you own a 5 string or 4 string banjo, or if you want to tune
your instrument to an unusual tuning, or if you have an unusual
instrument you need to tune etc etc? Well just switch this tuner to
chromatic mode - and you can accurately tune any instrument to
whatever pitches you need.
You can even alter the internal reference pitch of 440 Hz (A) sharp or
flat. This is useful if you need to accompany someone on a piano that
is tuned slightly sharp or flat - Or if you're playing along with a
record or tape that runs slightly fast or slow causing the pitch of
the recording to change.
The BC-850 Has an LCD display as well as coloured LED lights to ensure
you get the very best visual representation of pitches. There are 5
non slip buttons which you can use to access any function quickly and
easily.
The tuner has a built in stand that clips back into the tuner when not
required.
There is an auto shutdown so if you forget to turn it off, you won't
end up with flat batteries.
The batteries incidentally are included (They are Extra Heavy Duty
Greencell Batteries).
The tuner comes boxed with full instructions.
