Summary of My Selling Policies
Payment
My preferred payment processor is Paypal. Please note that I do NOT
charge any additional fees for the use of this service.
I also accept payment in Sterling only via Nochex, Personal or
Business Cheque, Postal Order, Cash in £ Sterling and USD $ (Please
send by Special Delivery) or Cash on collection.
Fees
I do not charge any state taxes.
I do not charge any handling fees in addition to shipping charges.
Please note that all shipping charges are clearly stated on my
auctions.
Shipping
The shipping charges are clearly stated on all my auctions - Free
shipping when offered is for shipping to the United Kingdom only. I am
happy to ship internationally - If your country is not listed feel
free to contact me by e-mail to request international shipping costs
ensuring that you provide me with your name and address details.
All my items will be shipped as follows
Royal Mail 1st Class for items upto 1kg
Royal Mail Recorded Delivery for important ( but not valuable ) items
that require a signature.
Royal Mail Special Delivery for items upto 10kg where the items are
valuable or where the time of delivery is critical.
Royal Mail Standard Parcels Service for items over 1kg.
Royal Mail Airmail for all international shipping.
I also have an account with Parcelforce. Should you require urgent
delivery of a parcel, this can be arranged. Feel free to contact me by
e-mail to request Parcelforce shipping costs ensuring that you provide
me with your name and address details.
For multiple item orders I charge the full shipping price for the
heaviest item ie the dearest shipping price and 50% off the shipping
price for all extra combined items - Example If the Shipping charge
for an item is £2.00 I would charge £2.00 plus £1.00 per additional
item ordered.
A proof of posting is obtained for all packages sent.
Delivery
I aim to ship all items on the same day that payment is received
subject to payment being received before 12 noon, otherwise your item
will be shipped the next working day.
Please note that shipment of items is available Monday to Friday NOT
Saturday and Sunday.
Refunds & Returns
Should you be unhappy with an item that I have sent to you , please
return it to me ( at your expense ) in the condition that you received
it within 7 days of the date of the receipt.
If, in my opinion the goods are 1) Faulty or 2) Not as described in my
advert, I will provide you with a refund which will include the return
postage costs. Please note that a refund will not be given under any
circumstances should the returned item not fit into either category 1)
or category 2) as stated.
