Payments should be made within 7days of auction ending. Due to many
non payers those bidders with less than 10 positive feed back please
email me before you bid. I bank cheques on Mondays and post Fridays.

SHIPPING and INSURANCE
KLR JEWELRY SHOP is not held responsible for any items that are sent
by standard post which are undelivered (uninsured packages are not
traceable). We do offer two options of insurance. It may cost a
little more but when insurance is purchased KLR JEWELRY
SHOP dose guarantee a replacement, a refund where there is
no identical replacement or a credit note to be redeemed at any time
on Ebay items. This only applies to insured items that have not been
delivered within 21 days; also this guarantee provided by KLR JEWELRY
SHOP is not subject to a successful claim from the Royal Mail.
By not purchasing insurance you are accepting that as the customer the
package will be shipped at your own risk.
RETURNS POLICY
When you receive your item and you decide you do not like it, or that
the auction description was misleading. Please email us within 3 days.
We will arrange for you to return it to us and therefore offer you
an exchange, refund or credit note for you. (Refunds are excluding
postage costs). We regret that due to hygiene regulations we are
unable to accept returns after three days or if the item has been
worn.
DAMAGED & FAULTY ITEMS POLICY
All items are very carefully packaged and shipped in top quality
padded envelopes, items are also pre-wrapped in bubble wrap. If
however your item does arrive damaged please contact us within 3 days
and we will arrange for you to return the item to us in the packaging
received.
If there is an identical replacement available we will ship it out to
you on receipt of the returned item along with a refund for your
return carriage cost. However if no identical replacement is
available you will be offered a substitute, a refund or a credit
note. We can only refund/replace items damaged whilst in transit; we
are not responsible for any accidental damage caused during use. For
this reason please carefully remove it from the packaging and do not
insert any jewelry into your piercing until you are totally happy that
there are no faults.
We can only accept responsibility for items that are damaged in
transit once notified within 3 days of receipt.
ALL OUR BODY JEWELRY IS BRAND NEW AND UNWORN.
We regret that for hygiene reasons we can not refund on body jewelry
once it has been worn.
