I aim to provide a true description of the products I sell, and do my
utmost to ensure that all items are in perfect condition when they
leave my store. However, if you have any problem with an item you have
purchased from me, please notify me IMMEDIATELY upon receipt, and
within no more than 5 days upon receipt of the goods. If an item is
faulty or is deemed not to be a true representation on the
description, upon notification I may accept the item back for a full
refund (excluding postage/carriage costs) providing the above criteria
has been followed and agreed. I will not accept back any item more
than 7 days after posting. All items are despatched with "Proof of
Posting" and I will not accept responsibility for items that are lost
or damaged in transit. All items will be packed with due care.

* Postal Insurance If you require insurance on an item, please
notify me as soon as you have won your bid or entered into a "Buy
It Now" sale and BEFORE making your payment in order for me to
adjust the final total of your invoice. I will not insure an item
after payment is made if this has not been requested beforehand.
* Postage costs for the UK are listed below for each item.
* Multiple Items I offer a postage discount if buying multiple
items, providing you contact me as soon as your bidding ends, and
BEFORE making payment to enable me to adjust the final invoice.
Please feel free to contact me if you require more information
before bidding.
* Payment Methods My preferred payment method is by Paypal. However,
if paying by personal cheque, please bear in mind there will be a
delay of 7 working days before posting.
* HOW TO SEND PAYMENT - Please remember to quote the eBay listing
number and description of the goods you are paying for, otherwise
I will not know which item you have won!
* If you are bidding in an auction, please observe the eBay rules
