For sale due to upgrade. Would make an excellent first Mp3 player. Specification: 128 Mb Supports Mp3 and Wma formats. Six position EQ- normal,rock,jazz,classical,pop,boom. Single 5-way joystick control. Blue backlit screen. No drivers required (drag and drop supported). Original headphones supplied unused. Neckstrap. Manual included. I've had this Mp3 player for around 4 months now, selling due to recent upgrade. Player is in excellent condition. Holds approx. 35 songs coded at Mp3 128 kps or 70 coded at 64 kps WMA. 64 kps Wma is equivalent to 128 kps Mp3 which is near CD quality and generally regarded as the minimum bit-rate to use. Higher bit-rate provide better quality but use more memory. More info on digital audio can be found here if your interested. Your Mp3's can easily be re-coded onto the player, without changing the original file, using third party programs such as dB Poweramp converter or Jet audio basic. Both of which are free downloads. Or just use drag and drop! The headphones have not been used because the 'in-ear' type wont fit in my wonky ears :-). Unlike many Mp3 players, this little beauty DOESN'T LIMIT THE VOLUME to 'sensible' levels. :-).
