Summary of My Selling Policies
Payment
METHODS ACCEPTED: Cash (at own risk), Credit Card, Money Order,
Nochex, PayPal, Personal Check
Payment must be received within 7 days of the close of auction
otherwise the item/s will be relisted.
Fees
No Extra Charges
Shipping
We ship to UK and Europe, but prices for europe will have to be
obtained prior to purchasing any item.
All items will be sent via Royal Mail's Recorded or Special Delivery
service.
Large orders will be sent via Parcelforce
All items are insured and this is included in the price.
Delivery
Once payment has been received all items will be sent, normally 1-2
days for Recorded Delivery, Next Day by 12noon for Special Delivery
and 2-3 Days with Parcelforce.
Refunds & Returns
Refunds are only given on Faulty items or Damaged in the post.
We will need to have the item back and if we agree that the item is
faulty or damaged then a full refund will be given plus all return
postage costs.
We must be notified within 48hrs of you receiving the item for the
refund to apply otherwise you lose the right to claim for the refund.
