THIS ITEM IS FOR SALE AS "SPARES OR REPAIR" & NO RESERVE EITHER!!
The only problem I Have with this is that the laser read on it has gone kaput!
When loading a disc it will either do one of two options 1) display TOC READ /
CAN'T READ U and freeze up (you then have to take the battery out to shut it off)
or 2) take forever ever and a day to load a disc, play a few songs then go
CAN'T READ U / TOC READ.
I have called the Sharp helpline who advised me it is the laser that is faulty.
If you are a clever clogs and can fix it then this otherwise superb 18 month old
minidisk recorder/player is up for grabs.
The SHARP MD player/recorder is wonderfully versatile and can be used primarily
as a portable MD player and be connected to any audio device, as well as also been
able to record from any audio device. Apart from a dodgy "laser beam", and a few
slight surface marks, this minidisc recorder/player comes boxed and with
instructions. the accessories I will include are:
AC Mains adapter
Headphones w/remote control
Drawstring purple carry bag
Will also include 2 batteries and a new & sealed blank minidisc.
