Refund and Exchange Policy
We do concern with your satisfaction. So:
1. If you are not fully satisfied with the item you purchase, you
should contact us ASAP and in any case within 14 days of purchase;
2. If there is
2.1) some fault with the item you purchase;
2.2) or the item totally does not work;
2.3) or we send to the wrong address;
2.4) or the description has major difference from the item;
you are entitled full refund or totally free exchange of another same
item. Please contact us and describe the problem before you return the
item.
Please follow our instruction to return the item, and any extra cost
caused by deviating from the instruction will NOT be refunded;
3. If you choose to get refund or exchange the item, please return in
the same condition that it is dispatched in. Please also make sure
that your customer information is attached, especially your EBAY USER
ID/EBAY EMAIL ADDRESS, NAME, ADDRESS and ITEM NUMBER;
4. The buyer is responsible for all the postage fees during the refund
and exchange process unless the conditions in (2) meet. In this case,
we will pay all the postage fees.

Payment must arrive with 7 days after auction ends.

Standard Service: Royal Mail 1st Class Standard Service, and the
handling and packing fee is £ 1.49 (UK). If pay via PayPal, Next Day
Delivery is guaranteed.
To Europe, U.S. & Canada Customers:
Standard Service: Royal Mail 1st Class Standard Air Service, and the
handling and packing is £ 2.99 (Europe, U.S. & Canada). We will post
it in the name of a GIFT. Please notice the custom of your country may
still likely to charge you the custom tax when the item is delivered.
*Optional Service for both UK and Overseas: Postage Insurance is
available at EXTRA COST £ 2.00 (Recommended).
We do not accept buyer collection because it is not always possible
since we do not have a shop. BIG Sorry about this.
