Our normal delivery method will be via Post Office Services "Standard
Delivery". Proof of delivery is always gained for Recorded and Special
next day- so should you not receive your parcel we are in a position
to follow-up and resolve this. In the case of larger parcels the
method used is "City Link". Again, coverage is in place to ensure that
we are positioned to follow-up and resolve any delays or problems.
Tracking Numbers are sent via email, upon dispatch of goods.
Refunds & Returns
Faulty or damaged goods - All products are checked thoroughly before
packing and prior to dispatch, to ensure they are neither damaged nor
faulty. Damage can sometimes occur in transit although every
precaution is taken to ensure that products are packed and breakable
products clearly marked to avoid this. Any package which arrives,
damaged will be followed-up with the carrier as a result of poor or
inadequate handling in transit, should you receive your package in a
damaged state, it is essential that you contact us within 3 days. We
will then make arrangements with you to return the goods for either
replacement or full refund.

2. allow us to investigate, (we may require you to return the
defective goods to us at your expense).
3. follow Advanced Data Systems returns procedure.
We give no other warranty (and exclude any warranty, term or condition
that would otherwise be implied). As to the quality of the goods or
their fitness for any purpose.
If the goods are found to be defective in material or workmanship
(following our investigations), and you have complied with the above
conditions in full, we will (at our option) replace the goods or
refund the price.
We may charge you for any investigation which does not reveal the
existence of a claimed defect, and for putting right any compatibility
problems.
We are not liable for any other loss or damage (including indirect or
consequential loss, financial loss, loss of profits or loss of use)
arising from the supply of goods or their use, even if we are
