using this method!).
PAYPAL IS MY PREFFERRED METHOD OF PAYMENT!
If sending payment through the post, please include on a seperate
piece of paper: auction title, ebay item number, your full name and
address and the amount you have sent.
Shipping
I ship to UK, Europe and United States. Postage quoted is for UK
shipping ONLY. Please email me for shipping costs abroad.
Delivery
I aim to send item out to you within 2 working days of payment (If
paying by cheque please allow 5 days for cheque to clear!). On most
occasions I will post out on same/next day but please remember as I
mum sometimes it can take me a little longer!
Any special requests for urgent delivery, please let me know and I
will endeavour to get it out to you asap.
Refunds & Returns
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your item, a refund
will only be given if you believe the item has been grossly
misrepresented. Please let me know within 7 days of delivery and I
will do all I can to sort out the problem.
Contact Me
At the end of an auction I much prefer customers to complete checkout,
that way I have a record of your payment method rather than having
emails here and there.
