Shipping for the first item is $9.00. Each additional item is shipped
for $6.00 more. Jeans are shipped for $20.00 for the first pair.
Additional coats, shoes,and boots are shipped for $17.00 each. We are
not responsible for uninsured lost or damaged shipments. Singapore
customer please add 5% GST/tax.
Returns
We offers a 10 day exchange policy only if the items sold are found to
be incorrectly described. The returned items will be exchanged only if
the return guidelines are followed:
The item(s) must be returned in all of the original packaging
including carton, boxes, and copy of customer sales invoice.
All returns must be boxed and packed securely for shipping. Each box
must be accompanied with a return authorization (RA) number.
Please place the RA number given to you by us on two sides of the
carton being returned. All returns that do not have RA numbers on them
will not be accepted.
Replacement items will be exchanged within 10 days from the day we
receive the returned merchandise. Shipping and insurance charges are
not refundable. Exchanges are only accepted within 10 days from our
ship date and according to listed guidelines. If we do not have the
exact item for exchange we will refund the auction price.
