This framed work is in very nice condition. The work is highly detailed and features a coastal view of some French shoreline rocks with a small boat to the fore. The work has very good contrast with a great attention to detail and signed in pencil by the artist Delisse R. This work is nicely mounted in a dark green mask and framed behind glass in a plain mahogany colour frame approximately 12.5in by 1o.5in with gold inner border. On the back of the work is written old print modern frame. The frame is perfectly presentable and the work could be hung immediately without any additional work. Note - The item was photographed at an angle to avoid camera reflection and may appear a little dark. Note - All our Auctions are Low Start No Reserve sales. Stevens' highly sought after print "Partners" depicting two black labradors is rated as one of his best........Born in 1955, Steven is an exceptional self taught artist. He is married with children and he lives in Lancashire, England. His signed limited edition prints are some of the most sought after in the market and this one is no exception. Many Steven Townsend collectors are unaware that his strong beliefs, to which he accredits his abilities, are given recognition by the addition of the initials JTC (Jesus the Creator) hidden within each picture. The image size is approx. 480mm. x 380mm. (18.75ins. x 15ins.) The print is numbered 509 of 675 and has never been framed or mounted and has been stored flat, in mint condition since publication (Feb. 1999). It is signed in pencil by Steven, in the bottom right-hand corner and is embossed in the left-hand cornerby (Northern Editions) the publisher.
