Summary of My Selling Policies
Payment
I offer PAYPAL, personal check and money order.
I prefer PAYPAL and only accept it from international buyers.
Please pay within 2 days (72 hours) after end of auction. Payment
reminder will be sent 3 days after end of auction and NPBA after 7
days and item will be relisted.
Fees
I do not charge state taxes.
I include handling fees in the shipping charges.
Shipping
I ship worldwide and charge additional fees for international
shipping.
I offer Royal Mail First Class Standard within the UK (please email
for another type i.e. recorded delivery). I offer airmail 4 to 7 days
and surface mail 6 to 8 weeks to international buyers. If a customer
wishes for a item to be delivered extra quick i.e. for birthdays etc
please ask me for next day delivery postage charge before I send
invoice. It will cost a little more but it is guaranteed to arrive the
next working day.
Delivery
I post 3 to 4 working days after cheques/postal orders have cleared.
PAYPAL payments despatched on the next posting day.
I post three times a week, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. If its a bank
holiday I post extra on a Friday.
Refunds & Returns
I only give refunds under these circumstances:
If item is lost in post after 7 - 10 days of posting I will refund or
offer another same item if I have it in stock after I have completed
the relevant forms at the post office. If items have been received
after refund they need to be returned in exact condition they were
sent, and I will refund the postage costs. The same proceedure goes
for damaged goods received by customer. If a buyer has "changed their
mind" after paid and posted out I will NOT refund them. If item is not
up to satisfaction of buyer please contact and I will do my best to
resolve the matter.
Contact Me
The best way to contact me is by email. I will try to respond
immediately unless I am away or under other circumstances i.e.
illness. I check my emails daily and my average length of time to
respond is within 24 hours. I am never closed for business! Only
holidays etc when it will be stated on all auctions.
