This superb Ben Sherman Long Sleeved Blue Shirt, size medium is

It is a superb shirt, as you always get with Ben Sherman and would
look great with a pair of smart casual trousers or with jeans. It has
two button down pockets, one on each breast and also has a button down
collar.
It is being sold as used but it is in a very good condition and can
only have been worn once or twice.
