This is a beautiful carved fish made of real translucent nephrite jade
with a 9ct gold peg in its mouth. The whole item measures 37 x 13 x 4
mm and weighs 14.73 carats. It may be used as a pendant on a chain or
as a charm.
Recordered delivery in the UK costs £2.00 and Special Delivery cost

Very Beautiful Pendant Necklace in Imperial Green Jade & Silver with
18" Silver Chain

This auction is for a gorgeous pendant necklace in Imperial Green Jade
and Sterling Silver with an 18" silver chain. It consists of a
fine-quality Jadeite rectangular tablet, bound at each end in
delicate, intricate Silverwork, with the Chinese characters for 'Good
Fortune', 'Health' and 'Love' exquisitely worked in silver on the
front.
Imperial jade has a long and fascinating history, and has been used in
jewellery, amulets and other precious items for thousands of years.
Because of its rarity, green and also yellow jade were, at one time,
always confiscated by the Chinese Royal Family for its own use - hence
the term 'Imperial Jade'.
Jade is the most respected and revered stone in the orient. It is
widely believed to have powerful calming vibrations, create calm,
peace and harmony, counteract depression and banish evil spirits! Many
people wear Jade because of its reputation as a stone which attracts
