Summary of My Selling Policies
Payment
Our prefered method of payment is Paypal as we can then ship
immediatly, however we will accept Postal Orders and personal cheques
made payable to Twidles Ltd. On receipt it will take up to seven days
for these to clear our bank.
Fees
All charges that we charge are clearly displayed on all of our
auctions, We do not add VAT etc. after the close of an auction, what
you bid is what you pay. Postage costs are the only extra you will
have to pay, these are also listed on the auction. Postage costs will
include postage fees for Royal Mail Registered Post or Similar,
Packing materials used, and a small handling fee. We do not make vast
amounts of money on Postage and try to keep it as low as possible. As
a result of this policy if you buy more than one item from us in a
short period (7 Days)and inform us of this, we will try to combine the
items in one package to reduce this cost.
Shipping
We ship to the U.K.,Europe,U.S.A.,Canada,and Australasia. For non U.K.
Customers if the cost of shipping is not listed on the auction itself
please contact us for shipping costs. At the moment all goods are
shipped via Royal Mail we are looking into alternatives at the moment
and will be offering further services shortly.
Delivery
We try to ship as soon as possible after payment clearance, typically
three days. We ship two to three times a week dependant on demand. As
we expand, we expect this to become every weekday.
Refunds & Returns
Refunds are given, when items are lost or damaged in the post
(Evidence of damage may be required). If items are incorrectly
described, labeled, or incorrect items sent in error. If contacted in
advance of auction querying size we will agree to ship subject to the
item fitting via email. A refund will be given for the item on it's
return in a resaleable condition,in these circumstance postage will
not be refunded As per Ebay rules your bid is a contract to buy and
items won in error will normally not qualify for a refund, unless
payment is made within 7 days and we are contacted before shipping.
