Returns Policy
If you consider the item not to be as described please contact me by
email first with your concern. If we cannot come to a satisfactory
conclusion I will accept return of the item as long as it is sent back
in the condition it was supplied and refund your payment.
Postage and Packaging
For each single item I will add £0.55 within UK, £0.75 Europe and
Rest of the World £1.20
If you purchase more than one item I will amalgamate and charge at
cost. If you wish I will send items by Recorded delivery (available
to most countries worldwide) although this is NOT INSURED but provides
for Signed For delivery - Please add £0.65 within UK and £3.30
elsewhere to your invoiced cost for this service. Within the UK I will
send by Special Delivery (Registered) - Please add £3.50 to invoiced
total for this service(NB this is cost price). I retain a proof of
posting for 3 months on all items and as such will not be responsible
for anything that goes missing in the post although I will assist in
any attempted claim against the post service(UK only)
Payment Instructions
I will issue the Ebay invoice normally on day of auction completion
confirming the amount due. For multiple purchases please refer to the
comments area although you will receive invoices for all items. I will
normally issue the reminder after 8 days and on the 15th day after the
auction finishes I will file a Non Paying Bidder Alert form. If you do
not then pay within 14 days I will then complete the NPB process which
will bar you from bidding on further auctions I offer.
If you have genuine difficulties please email me as I will take
comments made into consideration.
In addition to Paypal I will accept cash in UK sterling (£) but sent
at buyers risk. Personal cheques are also accepted but on UK banks and
in Sterling (£) only please. If you are outside of the UK you can
request your bank to draw a sterling (£) cheque and that would be
acceptable.
In certain circumstances I will accept other payments but you MUST
contact me first for agreement.
Scan(s)
The scan shows the actual item(s) that you will receive. I always
scan in the item(s) I am selling for each individual sale so even if I
have more than one of anything you will receive the one shown in the
scan.
And Finally...
Should you need any additional information please contact me at any
time athough please be aware that I am unlikely to be able to respond
within the last 12 hours of any auction. I will usually post out your
item(s) on the next working day after the receipt of cleared funds.
