This is an assortment of 60/70's dolls house furniture for the
Bathroom, all in very good condition, no chips or breaks, made by Jean
in W.Germany, I am not sure what the scale but Sink unit stands 10.5
cms high, a great buy at this price.

Payment to be made by PAYPAL ONLY, within 7 days of receiving a Final
Costing.

POSTAGE CHARGES
BUYER TO PAY ACTUAL POSTAGE CHARGES + 0.50 GBP HANDLING CHARGE.
Multiple items won on the same week, will only incur one handling

I will NOT hold items over to combine with other items yet to finish.

All items sent within the UK, are automatically insured upto 28 GBP,
in the event of the item being lost.
I can't accept responsibility for lost items sent out of the UK,
although I will assist in any claim you wish to make with you local
Postal Service.
If at any time an item has to be returned to me, it has to be agreed
in advance and I will not be responsible for return postage costs.

AFTER THE AUCTION - What happens next?
NB - All my auctions finish on a Sunday evening (GMT).
I will try to send each winner an email within an hour of the auctions
finishing. Depends how my server is working.
AOL.com members will need to email me straight away, as my server
generated emails do not get through.
All emails sent out will go to your Ebay registered email address.
Please reply to this email with your name and address details as soon
as possible.
Once I have your address details, I will be able to give you a final
costing (including postage)
Once you have received a Final Costing From me, I expect payment to
reach me within 7 days.
If payment is not rec'd within 7 days of me sending you a final
costing, I will place an unpaid item warning with Ebay. At this point,
I will consider your winning bid(s) cancelled.
If I have not heard from the winning bidder within 3 days from the end
of auction, I will consider your winning bid cancelled.
If you are not serious about buying the item or you are not sure of my
terms and conditions, then DO NOT BID. If you do not think you can pay
by the above mentioned payment methods, then please do not bid.
