An Hornby Dublo Class N2 0-6-2 2 Rail Tank Locomotive, in LNER black
livery and carrying the side number 9523.
This model is in very good order. It appears to have been
'customised'/repainted and possibly renumbered, but this has been done
to a high standard, though there is a blemish (about 1.5cm sq) on the
side of the coal box where the new paint has come away. This is not
too unsightly, though, as it merely reveals a more glossy black
underneath and should repair easily - (affected side shown in
picture).
The original front coupling has been replaced for a British Standard
type. The rear coupling is the original Hornby Dublo type. All the
buffers are intact. There is a small trace mark on the cab roof -
nothing serious.
I have track tested this model and can say confidently that it is the
best Hornby Dublo loco I have tested to date. It runs very well at
high and low speeds and is somewhat quieter than many of its kind.
This is a quality item, definitely not to be considered as playworn,
offered at a very reasonable starting price. Please see the photograph

A nice Hornby Dublo die-cast Locomotive,it is an 0-6-2 Pannier Tank type
No. 69537, madefor the 3 Rail System. It is in nice condition,with
little paint loss.Needs new front hook. I presume it is in working
order,but I have not tried
