A warranty is only as good as the person who gives it to you. We're a
proper UK Limited Company and have been in business for 10 years and
will still be here if ever you should need the warranty.
Excellent Return Policy !! Possibly the best return policy on eBay.
All good Sellers offer a sensible return policy and mine has to be one
of the best: If there's any reason at all. Even if you just don't like
the color then I'll give a no quibble refund as long as the drive is
returned, in good working order, within 3 or 4 days but I'll deduct
£5 to cover auction fees. Faulty drive/Warranty replacement is of
course free of charge and for 1 year from date of purchase a faulty
drive will be exchanged direct from our own stock within just a day or
so. And I can't be fairer than that.
Payment.
We accept payment via Cheque, PostalOrders, Bank Deposit or NoChex. We
also accept payment via PayPal but please read below.
PayPal !!
PayPal is welcome but only where the payment qualifies for PayPal's
protection policy protecting BOTH the seller and the buyer from fraud. If
you have a long standing PayPal account then there should be no
problem but many instant credit card payments and payments from new
account are not eligible for full protection of both parties. Unless
the Payment is marked by PayPal as eligible for protection then we may
have no choice but to refund the payment.
